The 4.7x docs say that SD cards are supported. But I have not been able to get SD cards working with my original MyIDE + Flash cart. It works fine otherwise, and the SD --> CF adapter is known to work. (This type:)

Any info or suggestions?

I also have a MyIDE + Flash cart. It is working fine with a IDE2CF adapter..
If your adapter does not have a keyed IDE connector, make sure you plug it in right with pin one of the IDE connector facing the left of the cartridge looking at the cartridge from the label side.
Other than that, get and follow the instructions for setting it up from Mr. Atari's instructions.
Also, make sure that the IDE2CF adapter is designed to supply power to the CF card.

Hi Larry,

I have no idea, but I'll try to buy such an adaptor (SD-to-CF) for testing later-on.
Not sure how long it takes before I have one.

What I use is a female IDE-to-SD adapter like this one:
http://www.ebay.nl/itm/SD-SDHC-MMC-to-I ... 2a1d0a1593

It works fine, except you need to switch the atari off/on at first [sometimes] to startup the adapter.
Not sure why that is, looks like a bootup-error, lack of voltage or other strange unrelated atari-issue.
With the later 4.7.x versions this problem seems te be a lot less.
Perhaps I'm reading the adapter to early while still initializing :-/

Later,
Sijmen.

Thanks for the suggestions.
I'll try one of those other adapters that you suggest, Mr-Atari. If nothing else, I need it to add to my ever-growing collection of adapters! ;-)
But seriously, it will remove one component from the chain, and that is always good.

Hi Sijmen-
I tried the type adapter suggested, but still won't work with either one of my two MyIDE + Flash carts. Both are of the new "gold contact" type carts.
Do you use a separate power connector for the adapter? Or did you modify your cart for pin-20 power? I'll try to duplicate your exact setup. The type of SD card I'm using (2 GB) is known to work fine with the other type CF->SD adapters and the Atari.

On holidays :-)
Will get to it end of next week.
My adapter is powered through pin20, but I guess that is standard on the later carts.
