 Post subject: Hooking up Flash Drives to IDE --> USB adaptor for PC?

I was wondering how you all were hooking up the Flash disk modules to the IDE to USB adaptors. The module is female and the USB is female too. I think a gender changer will not work, will it?

Yes, that is a problem. I soldered 2 IDE-connecters together, but that does not work.
The only option left is to plug it every time in your PC's mainpcb.....

Thats why I not use them often.
I use mostly CF, then SD and then 2.5" HDD's
