I already sent an email a few days ago but I have not received any reply.

At the moment, I still have:
- no tracking number
- no shipping confirmation
- no update about the order

Could you please let me know the status of my order?

If the package has been shipped, please send me the tracking information.
If there is a problem with the order, please let me know.

What's annoying isn't the time it takes, but not knowing the status of my order or if a tracking number has even been created. Right now, I know absolutely nothing. :/

Finally... The order hasn't even been shipped yet; the label has only just been created.

Anyway, at least I have a tracking number.
