Steve: I've e-mailed you for an issue with my cart. It will be from a "yahoo.com" address (hopefully that doesn't go to your spam folder). Thanks!

I kind of agree, if SD card went bad, be nice to download the system and make up a new SD card... Just sayin
Although first thing I will be doing when mine arrives like anything else I back up the SD card ! 8)
kind of no brainer

I'm really lost regarding the firmware. I've emailed a few times over the past couple years, many months apart, even tried other email domains in case Yahoo was a problem. Others seem to have heard from Steve since I started trying, but I've gotten no reply since one that's years old. He's gotten me updates before but I just can't get a response for a couple years now.

I'd appreciate any help knowing how to get in touch or for at least getting the latest versions. I know Steve is very busy but after years I'd have expected another reply...

Not mad or anything, mostly confused as to how I get the updates and worried my emails aren't making it. Even tried my work email on its domain. Appreciate everything Steve has done, I'd just like to enjoy the improvements he's made!

I have both the Coleco and 5200 carts and included full details about both in my emails.

OK, here we go.

I do not own a ColecoVision SD-cartridge, but a friend does.
Here is a backup of his firmware.

Hoop this helps you guys out.

And:
Yes, Steve is an extremely busy guy, but he will answer to emails at a certain point in time.
Another way is to contact him on Facebook.
Or, drop me an email and I try to contact Steve...

Grtz,
Sijmen.

Good day to all, hope you are doing well. I was hoping to inquire if there is any update available after 2022 firmware? Tried emailing Steve but unfortunately haven't got any response yet. These are my version numbers:

Hardware version 20221019
Boot flash version 20190623
Menu version 20190606
Firmware version 20221020

Does anyone has newest firmware if any available, that might upload a copy? It that allowed in the forums? Really appreciate it.

Thank you and regards.

I uploaded a backup version from a friend some posts above.

And with Steve, join the cue, he is always slow.
But he will answer your email, one day, but only when at home doing his sales.
And he is out of town a lot...

Grtz,
Sijmen.
