Hmm doesn’t sem to work. It did he first time and I thought you might be on to something that was the solution, however seems it was just luck that it worked that time, as I tried like 10-20 times more and nothing.

It does however keep repeating the behavior that quickly flicking off/on when we have the blue screen with cursor brings up a menu.

OK, thanks for the feedback.

Seems to be a random bootup bank problem.
Steve will help you further then.

No problem, will follow up with him. Thanks for the help!

By the way, would you happen to know anything about the best way to put files in the fat32 part? Initially I just dumped a whole lot of images into the root folder and found that while it showed the contents really fast, I could only see a certain number of them, so I thought it would be better to do a nice structure with folders per letter/letter groups and only put like about 50 per folder. To my surprise, instead of making it better it now takes forever for the cart to show the contents of root (all the folders). Once you select a folder it’s relatively fast to show the contents, but if you go back up to the parent (root) again, it takes forever again to show the contents.

Any clue?

I have folders like [xex] , [rom] , [atr] in the root.
Then each sub-folder [a]....[z].
There is a maximum of 128 or 256 files/folder.
Not sure anymore.

I got a reply from Steve.
You can fix it yourself if you are able.

Lol, yeah coincidence he wrote to me too same day and sent me the pdf.

I will give it a try, would hate for him to have to send a new one for something so simple, my only concern is not breaking the case...
