 Post subject: Driver cannot load on this device

Need some help. Just installed the most recent Maxflash Cartridge Studio on my Windows 11 PC then plugged in the USB Programmer. A message pops up "A driver cannot load on this device". Microsoft suggests disabling the Memory integrity setting in Windows but I'm not comfortable doing that due to the security risk. Is there a Windows 11 compatible driver for this device?
