This item left the US in August when you placed your order. It is probably being held by Netherlands Post for customs duty.

If you contact Netherlands Post and they do not have your item please send an e-mail to atarimax@gmail.com.

In case you never received it I have sent you a message with the tracking ID from August.

Thanks for the update!

Yes I never received the initial shipping notification but I received it today. Normally, Dutch post would send a letter or something if it's stuck in customs but I haven't received that either and that makes sense when I look up the tracking information.

Tracking information shows something is definitely wrong. The last update is from August 29th so 2 months ago. Package is being stuck or lost I guess.

In this case the sender needs to contact the post office since it never even left the US....
I've had this before once or twice in the last few years and in each case I've been told the post office will only deal with the sender.

It's normal for international Air Mail items to only show the last scan in the US.

Since you are not up for contacting Netherlands Post I'll just assume its lost and file for the insurance. You will get a new tracking number this evening.

Alright, thanks a lot for sending this package again. I hope the insurance comes through on the other package.

I've checked multiple tracking websites and it should show any updates after it leaves the US there but there is nothing. International tracking on Dutch post also has nothing (and they would if they ever received it). There is literally nothing I could do on my end by contacting the post office.

Anyway, thanks again and I will keep an eye on the new tracking for sure. I will edit the first post and topic title once I receive it (as solved) since it looks like this is mostly the post office's fault (and maybe the initial tracking number got lost in spam, I can't be sure) and I do not want to create unjustified bad publicity.
