 Post subject: Atari 8bit Binaries, Carts, etc. flood on newsgroup

Just wanted to let everyone know that there was a flood of Binaries, Atr's, Cart Images, Utilities, etc. for the Atari 8bits on the alt.binaries.emulators.misc group.

These files should include nearly every game and utility ever released. If you haven't used newsgroups before, now might be a good time to learn ;)

This is the best guide I've seen on the net for an introduction:

Well, I downloaded the whole thing, it was like 300MB (cable modems are nice ;) ). If you fix my flash cart, I'll send a CD with all the files :)

I'm getting a 800XL next week so even if you can't figure out or replicate the XEGS problem I wouldn't mind getting the same cart back to use on the XL. And I can drop a CD of all the 8bit software in the mail tomorrow morning, it's pretty cool has all the demos and magazine files as well as binaries and atrs.
