I tried to convert SDX 4.22 to a 1mb Flash.

But that did not work.

The code is too large to be hacked.
Also the addressing of the RTC-registers will switch banks!
(This is done by SDX).

Cheers,
Sijmen.

There is one of the SDX441's that can be use in the 2.0.3 kernel of the emulator, but not any of the flashcarts.

+---------------------------------------------------------------------------+
| Type 43: SpartaDOS X 128 KB cartridge |
+---------------------------------------------------------------------------+

The cartridge has 16 banks mapped to $A000-$BFFF. First 8 banks are selected by an access to $D5F7-$D5F0, the other 8 banks by an access to $D5E7-$D5E0. An access to $D5E8-$D5EF or $D5F8-$D5FF disables the cartridge.

Hi friends.

Recently I soldered sio2pc max233 interface.

And so, the great 30 years gap in my life with Atari has ended.
It works and it's really fine.
:-)

Then I payed for 8mb cartridge with main idea to have a modern DOS in it.
(It's a long long way to ... Moscow. It's a long way to go.)

Obviously, I tried to make 8mb image and load it to emulator...
Wrong way.

It's drak030's image, created especially for maxflash cartridge and so it MUST work. But does it work perfectly in emulator?

May be some keys, options etc. in maxflash.pl?

Please, tell me what can I do with this sdx441_maxflash8mb.atr image?

sdx441_maxflash8mb.atr is ready to go, just flash the 8mb cart.

Not emulator ready..

sdx441_maxflash1mb.atr is ready to go, just flash the 1mb cart.

Not emulator ready..

But,
Try this on for the emulator with 2.0.3 kernel.
