Looking to find out when my SIO2USB will ship and how I can get my APE/ProSystem upgrade?

When you bought it through Steve his website, it will arrive, no worries.

The upgrade to a paid version of APE, I emailed him and bought a license for it.
That can take some time, Steve is a busy hospital-guy and much away from home.
I haven't checked his homepage, but you can not buy a license online?

No need to buy a license. I bought the software a few years ago and am just looking to get the free upgrade.

So just need the SIO2USB and the upgrade

Did you ever get your order? I placed mine several days ago and other than getting the confirmation, all I’ve heard is crickets chirping.

I finally received my order but I cant get a response to my email. I need to get a replacement ProSystem CD

I ordered one 3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten any response to any of my emails.

I love that Steve still does these, but the customer service as of late has been lacking.
