Greetings,

Anyone found a utility to copy one hard disk partition to another or for backup?

I noticed that CSS/NLEaudio has one called "The Hard Drive Pro Backup" which does subdirectories and everything

http://www.nleaudio.com/css/products.htm

Has anyone tried this with MyIDE?

I would like to be able to make a backup of MyIDE onto an APE ATR, then write it to CD-Rom.

Thanks!

SpartaDos has a recursive directory copy which in theory could work

I forgot the syntax :O

Does SpartaDos behave with MyIDE large partitions and MyDos subdirectories?

Anyone have documentation for SpartDos?

Thanks!

I've got a backup/restore program about 60% done for MyIDE. It's on hold at the moment until I get around to registering APE (which I'm hoping to do very soon.)

That would be the ideal solution (IMHO ;) ), but you could backup your partitions by doing a copy unto a blank ATR file of the same size. Backing up image space is much harder, unfortunately.
