AVG antivirus is saying this is a virus. Is anyone else having problems running this?

Where/what post are you downloading the file from?

I'll check it out.

It's listed in Paranoid's MyIDE Quickstart & Setup Guide which jumps you to:

http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.ph ... opic=86977

and the file is downloaded from:

http://www.atariware.cl/archivos/Utils_PC/atr2myide.exe

Checked it out with NOD32 and a few other online scanners and it comes up clean.

If they have a false-positive submission system you might want to send that one in to have them test it.

AVG asks that for a false positive it gets uploaded to http://virusscan.jotti.org/ and then if it's clean email it in.

It didn't pass that scan.

I'm running it on another computer that has McAfee and it hasn't detected anything yet.

I have the same virus warning when loading the file from atariage.
So I downloaded it somewhere else. (don't know where anymore).
There the file was clean, so better watch out with the atariage one......

Cheers,
Sijmen.

If any of you have the un-infected version please attach it and I will erase the other links and attachments that might be infected.
