 Post subject: New myide install problems

Hello, I am a new user and this is probably a old subject "but" after installing the 23it says waiting for myide and then keeps rebooting similar to the earlier post it will boot into basic then to f disk how can I tell if it is installed correctly I have looked at all the docs and cannot find anything. also is there a detailed instructions on how to flash the MYIDE memory? I am afraide I will blowout something if I try any thin else.

The MyIDE-OS has per default basic off.
To enable BASIC, you need to HOLD OPTION during boot.

Then type FDISK <return>

That is all.

P.S. Remember that you need to make the D1: partition bootable on
your IDE drive before you can actual boot from it. The manual
tells you how to do this after you used fdisk to partition the drive/card.

The selftestmode is replaced by the fdisk program.

Type 'BYE' in BASIC or from a DOS menu use 'Run At Address' and enter E471

Hello, The interface is now working it was a user problem not a hardware.
