| Post subject: | Who to talk to about an order? |
I fear I have ordered the wrong product and would like to change my order or cancel it and have me reorder the correct item. It appears from other posts that communication can be slow but I want to make sure I am trying every avenue I can to solve this. I have sent emails to two different email addresses and posting here just in case. Can anyone help? Thanks |
