I have emailed you and received no reply. I would like to get a status update on my order for the SIO2PC Universal USB, SIO Jack I placed on March 4th.

Did you ever get a reply? I came here to ask a similar question.

Steve is a busy guy, but you always get your items.

Well, yeah, but timely shipping is usually assumed when payment is instantaneous.

I know we're all a little spoiled with Amazon Prime Free Two-Day shipping and all, but still, I think not having a shipping notification a week after payment is received is a little excessive.

I know Steve works by himself but I sell things on ebay occasionally and I'm expected to ship promptly and I pride myself in always doing so and in giving prompt correspondence.

I'm in the same boat as the other couple of posters. Hopefully, Steve will get my SIO2PC-USB out to me in another week or two.

Yes, you are right.

You can always drop him a message or post on his timeline on Facebook.
He is not of the grid you know, just out of town a lot...

Grtz,
Sijmen.

I emailed him at the address listed on the AtariMax site, classics@atarimax.com, but I'm not aware of his Facebook profile. I'd hate to go there unless I really felt the need to. I'd feel like I was stalking him or something. If I haven't received my product or heard anything from him in another week, I'll try his Facebook profile or some other method to get in touch with him.

Thanks.

I did finally message him at the Facebook profile for AtariMax. He got back with me later that day and said he was not at home and would send tracking info later. Last night I received an email stating my device would ship Monday and giving me the tracking number. So, everything is good now. He could really do with a lot of improvement in this part of his business, but it looks like my order will be on it's way tomorrow and I'll have it soon, so no harm, no foul.

I'm anxious to start archiving all of my old disks that are still readable.

Good luck - I was able to save about 99% of my old childhood collection of disks. The disks were all from 87 and up, I archived them back in 2004, but the disks are all still good to this day.
