IMPORTANT NOTICE!

ALL NWPAC / NYBBLES & BYTES
MEMBERS AND SUBSCRIBERS!

APRIL 2, 1997

By this time, you may have received a letter from a Mr. Dale Wooster
concerning the status of the NWPAC organization (also known as PAC or the
Phoenix Atari Connection). Please note that Mr. Wooster is neither an
officer nor a member of NWPAC. Any and all actions executed by Mr.
Wooster have not been approved by anyone conected to NWPAC/PAC and should
be considered to be a hostile action against NWPAC/PAC.

Please ignore his letter as it is full of misinformation, false facts and
half-truths. If you receive any funds from him, please note that the
money was taken from our bank account ILLEGALLY! Mr. Wooster was never
given the authority to withdraw the money. Any monies given to me for
producing the newsletter and for maintaining the NWPAC web site were
approved by the current officers and were given to me by the NWPAC
treasurer.

If you wish to help us out, send us the money he sent you (not the check)
and we will credit you with an 18 month subscription to our Nybbles &
Bytes newsletter (which by the way, HAS been published 5 times since this
time last year, contrary to Mr. Wooster's assertions!) Maybe Mr. Wooster
hasn't received any newsletters since he hasn't subscribed to it and is no
longer a member of the club!

Full details on this matter will be provided upon your request.

John Collins
NWPAC Officer
Nybbles & Bytes Editor

"You were right, Dave!"
