Subject: 1040 ST KEYBOARD VS MEGA KEYBOARD
Date: Sun Jul 30 09:30:59 1989

I have heard that the keyboard for the new mega ST is a better
keyboard that the one for the 1040. Has anyone any information
on this. Thanks.

        While I have no direct
experience, I have it on good authority
that:
        1) The arrangement of keys is
            the same.

        2) The Mega keyboard "feels"
            better--more like a
            typewriter.

        3) It's more convenient: you
can sit back and use the
            Mega keyboard in your lap.

Hope this helps.
